Comprehensive landscape study and masterplan, strategy and proposals for the 2,000 acre rural estate and historical Arts & Crafts gardens to the Hall. Close liaison with the architects, metz, to incorporate, into the historic landscape, a new Visitor Centre and Industrial Innovation Centre.

Extensive consultation with council members, officers and the public to determine the correct mix of activities and new elements to create a new, significant and integrated visitor attraction.

Preparation of a full Landscape Restoration and Management Plan for the gardens and estate to accompany the Council's bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Implementation of the restoration of the late 19th century to early 20th century historic gardens to the Hall, including parterres, terraces, ha-ha and belvedere. Refurbishment of the carriage drive up to the hall incorporating disabled parking and access. Creation of a new visitor car park with pedestrian access to the Hall through the estate woodland passing restored ornamental lakes, bridges and cascades.
